How to Subscribe to the Service

Select your network provider or platform and follow the simple steps below to activate your Cubecover subscription

  1. 1 Send “HW” to 3013
  2. 2 Choose preferred subscription plan (autorenewal / one-off)
  3. 3 Receive confirmation billing message from network
  4. 4 Receive confirmation message from shortcode with URL to access service

  1. 1 Send “GCW” to 3013
  2. 2 Receive confirmation billing message from network
  3. 3 Receive confirmation message from shortcode with URL to access service

MTN & GLO USSD

  1. 1 Dial *3013#
  2. 2 Choose your preferred service
  3. 3 Choose subscription plan (autorenewal / one-off)
  4. 4 Receive confirmation billing message from network
  5. 5 Receive confirmation message with URL to access service

Airtel USSD

  1. 1 Dial *312*44#
  2. 2 Choose your preferred bundle
  3. 3 Choose subscription plan (autorenewal / one-off)
  4. 4 Receive confirmation billing message from network

  1. 1 Log into your PalmPay app
  2. 2 Click on Insurance
  3. 3 Select Leadway SuperCare Health plan
  4. 4 Click on Next, then click on confirm

  1. 1 Log into your PalmPay app
  2. 2 Click on Insurance
  3. 3 Select Digital Health plan
  4. 4 Click on Next, then click on confirm

PalmPay – Micro Health

  1. 1 Log into your PalmPay app
  2. 2 Click on Insurance
  3. 3 Select Micro Health Insurance Plan (AXA Pass)
  4. 4 Click on Next, then click on confirm

ABMFB – Digital Health

  1. 1 Log into your ABMFB app
  2. 2 Click on Insurance
  3. 3 Click on create a new one
  4. 4 Select your desired package
  5. 5 Click on Make payment, then input your PIN

VFD – Digital Health

  1. 1 Log into your VFD app
  2. 2 Click on Insurance
  3. 3 Select Digital Health Plan
  4. 4 Click on Next, then click on Pay

MoMo – Digital Health

  1. 1 Log into your MoMo app
  2. 2 Navigate to “MyApps” and tap on “See All”
  3. 3 Under “Bills & Finance”, tap on CubeCover
  4. 4 Choose the Digital Health plan
  5. 5 Click on Purchase
